Offical Terms and Conditions

1.To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Ritchie Industries, Ritchie distributors, dealers and immediate family are not eligible. Photographs entered into the contest become property of Ritchie Industries and will not be returned. Entry in the contest constitutes permission for Ritchie Industries to utilize the photographs for future publication and promotional materials. By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Ritchie Industries and its employees, distributors, dealers and anyone involved in the design and development of promotional materials from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part of this contest. Void where prohibited. Ritchie Industries is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final. Submission of entry constitutes entrants consent to and agreement with these rules. 2. Deadline: August 1st, 2008. Entries must be postmarked or emailed by midnight August 1st, 2008 to be eligible. Winner will be notified by August 31st, 2008. 3. All Pictures will be judgeD anonymously by being numbered. Winners information will be revealed after being selected. Information available to the public will only include winners 1st name and state. 4. Please make sure photos are clear and of good quality. Photos may be cropped, lightened or darkened but please not other enhancements. All digital images (images that are taken with a digital camera or a scanned photograph saved in a digital format, such as JPG, PDF, or Tiff) must be at least 300 DPI and not smaller than 800x600 pixels. 5. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted.
