Ritchie Customer Questions – Cable heater vs Self Regulating Heat Cable

Our customer John wrote in “I have a Ritchie waterer with a stainless steel water tub with a heater. The problem is the inlet water freezes from the ground to the waterer when it gets very cold. Was wondering what you would recommend either the cable heater or would you recommend the self regulating heat cable?”
