Returns	Returns must be received within 30 days of Purchase
Restocking Fee	Items received after 30 days of purchase date of purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling	Shipping and handling are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Refund Mode	Credit card reimbursement
Exceptions	In the off chance that you have received the wrong product, item cost and original shipping will be reimbursed. Ritchie Industries must receive item within 30 days of original order. A 20% restocking fee will be applied after 30 days.
