How to find the serial number for your waterer:

  • On steel units, find the number on a brass serial tag on the casing under the trough.
  • On newer poly units, it’s on the underside of the red valve cover.
  • The top line of the serial tag contains the model number and a four-digit serial number.

Genesis units are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
