Need a heavy-duty waterer for a large herd? Sounds like a job for the WaterMaster 1400. At 14 feet (4.26 m) long and with a 110-gallon (416-L) capacity, it’s the biggest Ritchie in our history. But that doesn’t mean it’s hard to install. Two people can install the WaterMaster 1400 without heavy equipment.

This waterer is designed to stand the test of time. The impact-resistant polyethylene construction makes it durable enough for large herds, while improved UV inhibitors help extend the waterer’s life. Meanwhile, the Ritchie water-seal design protects the water valve from cold air while eliminating gaskets that can freeze, crack or tear. Plus, the WaterMaster 1400 requires 75% less energy in the winter than concrete units, and they won’t pit or cause cleaning problems.

  • Built rugged for feedlot, pasture and dairy conditions.
  • Narrow trough makes it ideal for use in crossovers and alleyways of dairy barns.
  • Solid polyurethane foam insulation keeps water ice-free longer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
